Membership
As a community led organisation we need you, the community to guide us. Be part of our story and apply to become a member. As well giving us your views which will inform our direction, we will keep you informed of our news. Members can also attend our annual general meeting.
There are three different types of membership:
- Ordinary membership if you live within our boundary and are aged 16 and over. You must be on electoral roll and able to vote in local government elections. Ordinary members can vote on key decisions and elect board members.
- Associate membership if you live outwith the boundary, or if you are not on the electoral roll. While you will not get to vote in our decision making process nevertheless we would really value your input and support.
- Junior membership if you are aged 12 – 15, whether or not you live within the boundary. If you attend our meetings, you must bring a parent or guardian with you. Once you turn 16 you will be able to transfer to either an ordinary or associate membership.
There is an annual membership fee of £1. We use Zeffy.com to take payment and administrate our memberships.
